Defect
We are very strict and attentive to the quality of our products and therefore we study very carefully any complaint or remark. If you are not satisfied with the quality of your order, please send your comments and detailed photos of what exactly is wrong with your order to admin@mfest.com.ua.
We will replace the product for you if there is a clear defect in the textile or print.
We would like to draw your attention to the fact that with the technology of direct digital printing on colored fabrics, before application, the product is treated with a special liquid (primer) so that the image can be printed on the product. And after thermal fixation of the image, a trace of the primer may remain, it disappears after the first wash. If the mark from the primer does not disappear after washing, we will replace the product for you.
Defective goods do not include:
- According to the color of the product, according to the color of the print
- If the wrong printing method is selected, unless a specific printing method has been discussed with the manager
- The size of the product does not fit, except when one size was ordered on the website, but another one was received and it does not correspond to the size grid indicated on the website.
Deficiency includes goods that
- The size of the product does not correspond to the size grid.
- There is a marriage on the product (for example, a hole in the fabric)
- Part of the ordered print is missing
After receiving a letter from you about the defect, we guarantee to replace the product or refund your money as soon as possible. Replacement of defective goods is carried out at our expense.
Exchange and return of products of appropriate quality
Products with printing cannot be replaced if you have chosen the wrong size or layout for printing. We print all products individually to your order, we do not have ready-made products with prints, therefore we cannot exchange or accept your order if it is of the appropriate quality. In particular, goods with an individual design of the customer are not subject to return or exchange.
We make all products individually for you. We are based on the "Law on the Protection of Consumer Rights", namely Article 13, Part 5, Clause 3. It states that the contract cannot be terminated if the product was made to order by the consumer.
Not the right size
If you made a mistake with the size, we can offer you to redo your order with a discount. Our managers will advise you about the size of the discount.
