Delivery is carried out by Nova Poshta to a convenient branch. As a rule, the delivery time takes 1-2 days. You can find out the current price and delivery time to your city on the Nova Poshta website. For orders from UAH 1,000 and 100% prepayment of the order - delivery is free (except for bag seats).

Courier delivery in Kyiv and Ukraine

We send by taxi service in Kyiv (paid according to the tariffs of the taxi service) and delivery by the Courier service of Nova Poshta in Kyiv and throughout Ukraine (delivery to your door - approximately 1-2 days and according to the tariffs of Nova Poshta). The manager will call you back and clarify the appropriate delivery method.

When ordering from UAH 1,000 and 100% prepayment of the order. Delivery to Nova Poshta branches throughout Ukraine is FREE! (except bag seats)

Payment

Online to the card

In the case of 100% prepayment by card and if your order is over UAH 1,000, delivery to the Novaya Poshta branch is FREE (except for bean bags). If the value of the order is less than UAH 1,000 or the order is not paid in full, delivery is carried out at Nova Poshta rates.

Postpaid

Please inspect the parcel upon receipt in the presence of a Nova Poshta employee, and only then make payment.

You pay the cost of delivery - about UAH 60, the cost of your order and the cost of refund - about UAH 40.

We reserve the right to refuse cash on delivery if:

  1. The amount of the order is over UAH 600.
  2. The order has full seal/3D bases.
  3. The order includes a hoodie/raglan.
  4. The order includes a custom design created through a designer sent to the mail.
  5. The order contains a base design that has been edited, repositioned, adjusted colors, and added lettering.
  6. The client previously made an order with a cash on delivery payment and did not pick up the parcel at the post office.

Our managers will definitely advise you about the terms and cost of delivery.

We would like to draw your attention to the fact that when sent by Nova Poshta, the parcel will be stored at the branch for 5 working days, after which it will be sent back to us.
